Throughout this type of training participants are treated as
individuals and not a mass, pushing themselves to their own
limits with minimum direction from the instructor. Starting
at a low level, intensity will be gradually increased with
the growing fitness of the class or individual. The training
involves a variety of different exercises taken within quick
succession of each other. The exercisers move around a
circuit of activities that challenge in different ways. This
technique provides a progressive strengthening of the
cardiovascular system, fantastic for general fitness levels,
toning and weight loss.

Class sizes are limited
so please call me to check availability before coming to
your first session and have any questions answered.
It is recommended that you bring a towel and bottle of water
although water is available at all venues.
Classes are £5.00 per session but a discount of 10% will be
given for block bookings of 10 sessions.
