A typical personal training session includes:

• Meet at a location of your choice (Your home, a park or running track near your home/ office) or near my base in West Meon, Hampshire.
• Discuss how you are doing, monitor progress
• Warm up
• 1 hour personal training session at a location of your choice (I will come to your gym or Health club, providing they will allow private personal trainers to operate within their club). Please advise if you wish to do this and I will be happy to look into this for you.

• Assisted stretching, cool down

• Ongoing nutritional advice (if required)

Remember, I’m here to design and help you maintain a personal fitness programme that works for you that is fun, motivating and enriching. If my suggested schedule doesn't fit in with your lifestyle, let me know how I can modify it to suit your needs.

Personal Training Rates

There is an additional charge of £5.00 to be added for distances of 15 miles and over, up to 30 miles from West Meon.

Training in pairs

Where two people are starting from similar fitness levels and hoping to achieve similar goals, it can be possible for me to train both people together. Feel free to contact me for more information about how this works and prices.

Massage Rates 

All massage bookings can be made up of Swedish massage for total relaxation or deep tissue sports massage for aiding injury recovery, releasing tension in muscles and aiding lymphatic drainage. Please look at my massage page for more details on the benefits.
